• Hi JP! No, this unit doesn't have a steam cleaning option. The self-cleaning cycle uses high temperatures (well above cooking temperatures) to burn off leftover grease and residue completely or reduce them to a finely powdered ash that can be wiped away with a damp cloth. ^Penny
