A:AnswerJust bought a Samsung 65 inch 6 series from bestbuy. Unfortunately, the screws are not provided in the box. I could not even put it anywhere and watch the TV since it is arrived. Is there any solution? Will it help if I go ask the store to provide me with screws. Please advise.
A:AnswerI see the question is over a week old, I hope this answer helps someone that is trying to be prepared to wall mount it from their original TV wall mount or new one.
Before I purchased this model I tried to find the owners manual on the Samsung website like the one that came with it (they are not the same) I was replacing my old samsung that was wall mounted with M8 x 15 mm screws through the wall mount
This new one mounts nothing like that, The four mounting holes are closer together (lucky my mount is adjustable) and with the curved top on the back it is not flush with the mount so you have to use the 4 supplied wall mount adapters and longer screws (Not included) This is because on this new TV the threads are sunk down into the back of it instead of being almost flush on the old all flat back on the old one
The instructions say the screw size needed is M8 x 43-45mm 1.25 pitch (I think my old screws were 1.0 pitch)
A:AnswerIt's a "smart-TV" so yes it does have NETFLIX, HULU, DirectTV now (beta), Sling TV, Youtube, Youtube TV, and many more..... I am unsure if it supports 5GHZ, which is a huge bummer. Unless you plan on getting an PS4 PRO or XBOX One X (x) (X) not s (X)
People don't understand the difference about it's "compatible with 4k but does NOT truly renders at 4k native. It basically maxes out at 1080p and then UPSCALES it to 4k,"
Which is why when people buy PS4 PRO or XBOX ONE X, you're getting the FULL NATIVE 4k not an upscale version. Basically cheating you saying it supports 4k gaming aka upscaling 1080p to 4k, not truely 4K gaming ,
A:AnswerI went to that web page and found this:
Product Size (W x H x D) Without Stand
44.3" x 25.6" x 2.4"
(I can't believe Best Buy doesn't include this on their web site.)

A:AnswerThis model does not. I just contacted Hulu Support and Samsung Support. Not a whole lot of help. Hulu said that not all 2018 Samsung TVs support Hulu Live TV. Tried but did not get a definitive list of which do and which do not.
A:AnswerWorks for any device using the HDMI like Firestick, Roku, Apple TV, etc. Right now I don't see any apps coming from the TV like Samsung, Sony, LG, etc.
A:AnswerThis would work for your mother in law, I bought this for my office, to be able to watch sporting events and it does the job. I will always go with Samsung tv's as it has the best picture, for me. I got this at a great price, $329 and it does come with apps so it makes it even better of a deal.
A:AnswerIt disables the standard image processing that the TV normally performs and allows the game itself to adjust the settings to provide the best picture for that game while bypassing different operations in the TV. When game mode is activated, one of the major changes is that the DNIe chip in the TV is bypassed. Bypassing that function disables the video processing of the TV, allowing for a faster video response time on the TV.
