Comparisons can be done directly on the Samsung.com website by choosing your filter items on the left side of the following link, and then checking and comparing whichever models you wish to compare: http://www.samsung.com/us/video/led-tv With the three models you mentioned, there are significant differences between the Series. Typically the 5-Series will not have a Smart TV platform for Apps or streaming, and depending on which 6-Series model, you can get some models with Voice Control, upgraded processors and Smart remotes (starting at the 6400 and higher). Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have 2 different model tvs and the only difference is i have more hdmi ports. As far as picture quality i cant tell any difference. I think the model numbers are different so u cant do a price comparison. Lol
