What is the millisecond input lag time on this TV?   (7 Answers)

      Answer

Hello love 2160p, Unfortunately you will not get something like that wandered here, as there many variables involved. I would assume it would not be a excellent choice for gaming, as it does use a splitter box that leads into the TV. That alone would add 50-75ms of input lag alone, so it would not make it a great gaming set.

Does anyone else notice black bands running down their screen, faint, but you can see them. Brand new TV, not but 3 days old, and I see banding on white, in water, almost everywhere? Anyone else see this. These run vertical, about 1" wide?   (4 Answers)

The viewing is almost the full 180 degrees. It is crisp and clean even when watching it from 15 feet off to the side, yet only 1 foot in front of it. Buy far the best picture we have seen at any angle and we did a lot of shopping and looking before we bought. Hope this helps.

No. Very few have three-D as picture not good, customers unimpressed, and won't pay the additional cost to include this tech.

What is the vertical distance from one of the top VESA mount holes to the top edge? There is either a diagram in user's manual (not currently on Samsung's website yet) or it has to be physically measured from a new display. Needed to calc hanging mount.   (1 Answer)

          Answer

The answer is 10.4" inches from one of the top VESA mount holes to the top edge of the case. Samsung finally published the manuals for this TV series - this is referenced on Page-19 of English 'User Manual' (not e-manual). Here is the numbers for all three TVs in the series: Size Model VOffset 55" QN55Q7FAMF 5.5" 65" QN65Q7FAMF 10.4" 75" QN75Q7FAMF 10.2" *Same Mike that asked question - also former Best Buy Service/Geek Squad employee ;-)

How will this TVs refresh rate compare to a plasma TV?   (1 Answer)

            Answer

qleds will have an actual refresh rate of 120hz, clear motion of 240. later plasmas had a true refresh rate of 600hz. with the help of video processing, the qleds should be just as good for fast motion. without adjustments to your auto motion plus settings, you may have some judder issues with slower panning shots. place auto motion plus to custom, motion blur to 10, judder reduction to 4. this will keep you out of the soap opera effect.

Can you mount the TV on the corner between two walls   (2 Answers)

              Answer

Depends on size and angle of corner. If very narrow, say a 150 degree corner, than no you can't. Same is it's very wide, like a 25 degree comer. If you're talking about a standard house, corner close to 90 degrease (+/- 3 degrees due to manual framing), then it's issue of size and weight. You'd need a really big room to mount a 750 inch TV and have it look presentable.

I really want this TV, and I'm willing to have an electrician put a power receptacle where it would be behind the TV. But I'm trying to figure out how a plug fits between the TV and the wall with the zero clearance mount. How do you plug this thing in?   (5 Answers)

                Answer

Check the user manual. I believe that you do not need an outlet for the TV. The TV has a power cord that plugs into the electronics box that then plugs into a wall outlet. You will need an outlet near the electronics box and then a way to hide the power cable from the box to the TV.

I think I speak for most people when it comes to this question: What is the contrast ratio of this TV? I know this is still an LED TV, but the SUHD from last year had over 6,500:1 ratio which is great. How about this year's QLED?   (2 Answers)

It has improved, I have forgotten the numbers but it's by quite a bit. The tv does great for movies with low light - just take it off of dynamic.
