This machine should not be loud at all. In fact, we dont even hear ours running unless we are in the same room (and it is installed on a wooden floor). Perhaps your washer is not leveled properly, that would cause the washer to spin way out of balance. Try to check level by doing the water test. Pour enough water in the bottom so that a full circle of water is visable in the bottom but it has not yet started to come up the sides of the drum. If the bottom agitator is not in the very certer of the water circle, you will need to adjust the feet. I found that this washer CANNOT be leveled by using a bubble level on the outside or top of the machine. When I attempted this, it actually told me to go the exact opposite direction that I needed to go to level it. It wasnt until I did the water test that I finally got it to spin perfectly without rattling.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This machine is so quiet, im always getting up to go check on the wash/thinking its off but its still washing/drying, lol. Im still not use to it being so quiet, lol
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would recommend taking it back, sound like you have a defective one…mine is sooo quiet, I forget it’s on. Only when it’s rinsing I hear the water comes in…even when spinning, the noise level is almost non existent.
