2 pricing lists Activate now is cheaper because you are activating in store. Activate now only applies to some carriers like sprint, Verizon. Or any other you can pull from the drop down menu. Carriers that aren't listed such as boost, cricket, metro don't have an option for activate now. As long as the phone supports the bands of cell phone signal that are supplied internationally it should work.
