“Does it have Hands-free Mode like the old S4 had - read out loud contact's name when call or text comes in? If not, does anyone know what 4G or 5G model has this mode? Thanks”

Yes! they have a built in voice assistant that will absolutely make calls, and messages for you through voice articulation!
