“Questions about warranty I did not but the additional warranty with this item, but I purchased it less than 2 months ago. It keeps shutting off and rebooting, like the power button is stuck. Is there any kind of basic warranty plan that comes with it, like a 90 day one?”

Yes. Factory warranty is valid for one year of purchase. Contact your retailer for proof of purchase date, and receipt. Contact the product manufacturer for further instructions on the warranty repair/replacement.
