A:AnswerThe first purchase the box was closed. It clearly says on the label not to accept if opened. I started having "freeze" problems during the first 14 days so it was recommend I return it for an exchange. The next box was closed. Straight out of the box, the laptop/tablet would not turn on. It would not even allow me to tap the power button to check the charging status. The person handling the exchange, pointed out the screen was cracked at the top near the power button. (hairline cracks barely visible unless in the right light) I'm glad I wasn't accused of dropping it because I didn't and it was damaged with the seal in tact. The third one was open but there was no more open boxes in stock SO it was order and wait or take an open box. Due to them being nice about the exchange I agreed to accept the open box which they plugged in and tested first. Third time was the charm! No problems.
