well the difference between Bluetooth and LTE is Bluetooth you still have your phone with and LTE is even without your phone or you left it your house you can still can receive phone calls and text messages

It operates like a Bluetooth headset/speaker/microphone would, and requires a working phone. LTE or carrier versions of smart watches operate as phones themselves, whether the actual phone is nearby or not, or has a plan or not.
