- Answer Mine hasnt. Maybe you might have slammed it shut. Or maybe sat on it while open. But i havent had any problem. But i heard most flips have problems with flip3.

- Answer If you call Samsung (with different phone or 3rd phone makes it easier but not a must)they will do it for you. Your phone provider will do it free too, thts part of the reason you pay additional.
