I had the same situation. Although, I didn't pursue their service, they had informed me that I can purchase the stacking kit and have them set it up at the time I purchased the washer and dryer. I'm not sure what or if they charge but you can call the store.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mel, It was really really easy to stack them. Just as long as you can have 2 people to lift the dryer. The dryer is much much liter than the washer as well. I know if you order a washer and dryer and the kit they will stack them from you when they deliver them, but i think if you just buy the kit only they wont come out to stack. Cheers.
