Hello Cj, No, these mounts are not compatible with the Nest Era 100. They are designed specifically for the Sonos One, Play:1, and Play:3, which use a different mounting pattern. The Era 100 uses different mounting points, so mounts made for the older Sonos models will not fit correctly. If you’re looking to wall mount Era 100 speakers, SANUS does offer mounts designed specifically for that model. SANUS Support
