• I don't know that it does. I just put mine on the top of the large bin.

• I did not get a Manuel with mine either. I did not think it comes with one. There is a website for support www.sharkclean.com/support. (I have not gone to this site yet.) I just take the one attachment, that has no holder, and put it on top of the tank that holds all my dirt from the automatic empting until I need to use that attachment.
