      Hey Romsey. There are three options for volume control: 1. The native controls on your device. 2. The volume slider in our app. 3. Activating Siri/Google through our buds and verbally adjusting the volume.

      Yes, the right bud is capable of functioning independently. It's the same shape as the left bud, so you could put it in either ear.

      Hi Rick. Yes, Skybuds can answer calls (press the button once to answer and press twice to decline). Skybuds also have Siri and Google capability (hold the button for two seconds to activate). Skybuds use passive noise cancellation which helps when listening to music in loud environments.
