“When the sound bar (sonyHT-TC290) is connected with TV Samsung without any reason, after the TV's is off, every couple hours is starting on the TV. Tmer on my TV is off so i don't know what happens but is starting on the TV only when is conected with bar”

I don't have issues with this I click on TV provider remote, then the Sony sound bar and all comes on and works well.
