A:AnswerI just looked at the Sony website. It is my understanding that the "real" rate is called "native" & is stated as 60. TheTV will simulate 240. I'm a little new to this too but I have paying attention to this item-native vs simulated rate. I have read from others that a TV should be 120 native if you are buying 4K. This is a new lower end Sony model to attract more customers. It may not live up to a Sony experience but I feel all major TV companies are producing sets that are sub par, i.e. lemons. Read all the reviews of other similar models. Hope this helps; I'm having a difficult time making a decision.

A:AnswerHi ShoppingSister123, this specific unit doesn't have a program guide feature. If your TV is connected to a cable box, you might need to contact your cable operator. Thanks! ^Ron
A:AnswerNo it does not, at least not for those sold in USA. I bought this TV recently thinking it had a web browser since it showed as such under "Features" but found out later that it does not. There is a spec sheet for it online that shows that there is browser but not in USA and some other countries.
A:AnswerThe TV is 1080p but is dependent on what information you are giving it. I have a digital antenna hooked up and the signal I get is normally 1080i, only a slight difference from 1080p but still rather sharp. I have a Blu-ray player hooked up and all my movies show up at 1080p. If you are using a standard dvd player then it would display in 720p because that is the max resolution of a dvd. My XBOX ONE display goes from 1080p to 900p depending on what I am watching (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube ect) and the same for games, many only display 900p but I would be hard pressed to tell the difference when playing.
I would ask what devices you are using, or were you referring to the "Smart" features of the TV?
Hopes this helps a little.
A:AnswerHi! This TV does not support Bluetooth headphones. You may try using Sony wireless headphones instead. Check this out: https://us.en.kb.sony.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/66588/. -Vincent

A:AnswerIt's pretty light at 37 lbs, though the mounting points are not Standard ANSI. It's 16" W x 8" H
A wall mount with a single frame stud behind would suffice if you want a swing mount.
Unlike previous Flat Panel TVs that were more than 100 lbs, needed multiple frame studs in order to secure the base to the wall.
