no we are not really happy with the voice remote. You have to have the remote in your hand to wake up the TV and then talk to it witch mostly doesn't understand you. If I have to have the remote in my hand I might as well change the channel with it. The universal remote Harmony doesn't work with this TV

I've tried calling the Best Buy phone numbers every day since but I am always told that due to extreme call volume, wait time is very long. I am not even allowed to wait just disconnected.
