QuestionCan this TV stream 4k by itself. So if I attached an ethernet cord to the back of the TV would it stream 4k content? Or does that not work on this TV and I would need a device plugged into the tv to stream 4k like xbox one s, apple tv, chromecast, etc?

QuestionAre the screws on the back of the TV meant to be used with a wall mount kit Or should you use the new screws that comes with a new wall mount kit you offer in store?
- Answer I already had the necessary bolts from a prior Sony tv that was hung. The screws that come with it will not be enough in my opinion

QuestionI brought a Sony Bravia XBR-65X850E about a year ago, and wish I had saved my money. Seems like anything I need/want to do I can't. I can't download apps from Google Play Store, specifically the Directv App and others... it just sucks.
- Answer I know the feeling. I had similar problems with mine. All TV's now come with a zillion app features and my suspicion is that the software and technology behind the apps gets changed by their source manufacturer and the TV's producers can't keep up. They will give you a few updates via internet but after a while they stop supporting older models.
QuestionHello, I cannot get AMAZON Prime or NETFLIX to play the audio through a receiver. It only plays through the TV Speakers. I turned the Speakers off and selected Audio System... Still won't play through the receiver. I have my HDMI on HDMI3/ARC....
- Answer Try using an optical cord it is what I personally use and it works great!
QuestionCan a DirecTV receiver be connected to this tv? The receiver connects via red-yellow-white rca cables and does NOT include an HDMI slot.
