A:AnswerHi Junior,
Sony commitment to customer satisfaction is our top priority.
You can still use the FDRAX53 camera for streaming. However, you will need to use a video capture card to be able to use it for streaming. If you're looking for a camera mainly for streaming purpose, you might want to check our ZV1F camera specifically tailored for streaming cause it has built in live streaming feature.

A:AnswerHi Tez,
Sony commitment to customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Yes, you can burn videos recorded from the Sony FDR-AX53 to a DVD. The FDR-AX53 records videos in high-definition quality, and you can transfer these videos to your computer. Once the videos are on your computer, you can use burning software to create a DVD with the recorded videos. There are several burning software options available, you may use our Software PlayMemories Home. Regarding the recording time it varies depending on the file size of the videos. We suggest to record in AVCHD format if you want to burn the videos.
For detailed steps on using the software feel free to contact our phone support at 239-245-6360.

A:AnswerNo. This camera uses Secure Digital or SD cards for recording.
The best way to move from VHS tapes to digital is to find a local company (google them) or there are online companies that perform this service.

Yes, you can operate the FDRAX53 using the supplied ac adaptor while plugged in to a wall outlet. However, this is not possible with a power bank, you can only charge the battery using a power bank. Regards,

A:AnswerI shoot 4k and the videos are exported to the SD card as MP4 format so it will work on just about all computers. I do not use the Sony software to edit videos so I do not know if the included software will work on Windows 10 or 11 but you can get tons of free video editors.

Check the RMT-VP1K remote commander. It is compatible with the FDRAX53. However, it includes a transmitter that you need to plug on the camcorder.
