No. Not without buying the PS4 version. There are certain games available from the PS2 and PS that you can play via a Playstation Plus Membership

No unfortunately you can not play PS3 games on the PS4 pro games are not compatible.

you can but only through PlayStations PS now service with select games on their catalog. You can't put a PS3 disk in the system to play it.

No. You can, however, get Playstation Now and play PS3 games that way. PS Now is a subscription service.

Sorry, I bought it for someone else and he doesn't know because he just plays PS4 games on it. Best Buy salespeople should know, though!

You cannot. Although you get a feature called PS now, which allows you to play select ps3 titles via Internet, no need of downloading other than paying for a monthly subscription.
