QuestionIs this *active* mini DP to *active* DP? Will it work with Microsoft Surface Pro 4/5/6 (via Surface Dock or direct) at 3840x1440 @ 144 Hz? I've tried several other cables and they cause monitor to blank out for 2-3 seconds quite frequently.

- Answer The MDP2DPMM6 is a passive Mini DisplayPort to DisplayPort adapter and will work on any devices which utilizes this connection type. However, the MDP2DPMM6 does not support 3840x1440 @ 144 hz since this resolution / refresh rate exceeds the limitation of the MDP2DPMM6's bandwidth. Atha, StarTech.com Support
