While Roku is designed to work with a steady broadband connection, it is possible to use a Mobile Hotspot. I have used mine that way while traveling. Roku doesn't pair to headphones via bluetooth but you can use the Mobile App and connect your headphones to a phone and the sound will play through that way.

Of course, streaming might be laggy on a cellular data network. This Roku device does not have a Bluetooth listening option. Higher models of Roku offer an aux port on the remote for wireless listening. Hope that helps!

You can buy a ROKU which has headphone jack on remote to answer your other question. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/roku-streaming-stick-4k-headphone-edition-with-voice-remote-with-tv-power-and-volume-streaming-media-player-black/6367481.p?skuId=6367481&ref=212&loc=1&extStoreId=855&ref=212&loc=1&gclid=Cj0KCQiA3NX_BRDQARIsALA3fILnF3gqFw_LLd-gzsCqRlZzeIOy7LqJAWx4WORKW7NRIKc3osrXbxoaAtWxEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds
