We plugged it in to my parents Vizio tv which is at least 10 years old and it worked great. Just need any HDMI port. The stick also comes with an adapter in case you don’t have an HDMI port available, so you should be safe either way. I definitely recommend it even for older tv’s (as long as it’s not an old tube tv).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Any HDMI port is fine. You will also need a AC power outlet if your TV either doesn't have a USB port or if your older USB port doesn't provide adequate power. If you have an older USB port that doesn't provide enough power, the Roku will provide a warning on your screen saying not enough power. Then you simply use their AC adapter. It's EASY.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.yes, it connects to any HDMI port.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It should, yes. I'm not sure though if the Roku remote will be able to turn on/off your TV. You can always try it out and if you don't like it,take it back within a week for a refund.
