“Will the Roku stick work if my internet is coming from my cell phone, Verizon as a hotspot. I would be the only one using the hotspot but the signal is weak, download between 5-10 Mbps. Used primariy for 30 minutes of watching local news. Thanks mc”

• I would think it will work. It makes sense that it should, but I’m not 100% sure. Try it and see. If it doesn’t, then return it. No loss.

• MC, Roku is designed to work with a constant broadband connection. I have used Roku with my phone hotspot while traveling and it does work, but it isn't the ideal solution.
