- Answer Yes, there is a holder but the quality is not good. Mine cracked after a few days and I had to buy a new one.

- Answer I just tested it with an old 35mm SLR with big zoom lens which weighs a little more than 2lbs total. I put the legs in spread position and it was steady on a table top.

- Answer Yep. It’s a tripod with a standard quarter inch mounting screw. You will need a GoPro tripod adapter that is quarter inch female on the bottom/GoPro three prong mount on top. Very common hardware, if you have GoPro stuff you likely already have one. Otherwise this is a nice little bendy leg tripod, good for table top or mounting to something.

- Answer Yes, it will. You can turn the knob which whill adjust the angle and position of the phone whether it's horizontal or vertical.
