A:AnswerHello! I attempted to preorder that and the smash ultimate amiibos yesterday, when they were ringing me up it wasn’t working, they had 5 employees come over to help. And after 10 minuets they came to the conclusion that since the release date is “so far away” the computer doesn’t even have it available for preorder yet. They told me to come back in a month or 2. Even when it says pre order, the current allotment could be sold out. If you try to order and it says sold out, just keep the cart, and don’t keep trying to buy at the time. Keep checking the item periodically on the website, and try to order again when it’s available for preorder. With the item in the cart, you can go to checkout quicker. As long as you have payment and shipping info saved to the account, one of the times you should be able to get it done quick enough before stock runs out again.

You’ll get a message it’s out of stock, just ignore it and nothing will happen to the cart. Finally, catch the item available again, and with it already in the cart, check out as fast as possible. P.S. having log in info saved, payment method, and shipping info come in handy at the end.

A:AnswerI was getting the same issue and here is how I was able to get the pre-order. I downloaded "The Tracker" app on my phone. This app will notify you when there is pre-order stock available. Now this stock goes quickly because it is such a popular item. When the tracker app pops up with a notification on your phone you can click on it and it will take you directly to the bestbuy website. Many times it will let you put it in your cart but won't let you checkout. If it doesn't let you checkout, keep it in your cart for quicker checking out in the future. Also make sure your payment info and everything is already tied to your account. You may need to do this several times before being successful. When your phone gives you the notification, click on it and try to checkout as fast as possible. I lucked out one day at about 12:15pm MDT. I wish you luck!
