I had same problem . i upgraded my wireless nic card software. i have Realtek RTL8188ce Wireless Lan 802.11n PCI-E NIC. It had a 4/10/2010 driver date. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try to isolate the issue; does your laptop keep a good wireless connection at other places than your home wifi? If so, you might need to get a new router! If not, your laptop may have something wrong with its internal wireless card, its antennae assembly, or simply there's a software problem. The first step would be to reinstall Windows and see if the problem goes away. Geek Squad will be able to help if you aren't familiar with this process.
