• If your tv doesn't have red and white audio out then you'll need to buy a headphone jack to red and white adapter cable, but if your tv is a.bit older you should be fine

• nope, unless your tv has some type of audio out. the red and white audio out or an aux out. tv sends a signal to your bluetooth transmitter.

• No, but I would recommend 2 sets of rechargeable AAA batteries. 1 set to use and 1 set on standby. You will be changing them about 8-10 hours or so.
