The distance between the outer sides of the stand legs is 42.31". The stand legs can only go into the TV in one direction.

They are about 4 feet apart. Also, the legs cannot be inverted. They can only go the one way.

42" between the legs, it appears that they mount only in one direction.

The legs measure 42”. I’ve seen them inverted in videos, but cannot personally confirm. Hope that helps.

Legs can only be attached one way, inversion is not possible. The length from the outside edge of one leg to the other is 42 5/16". That is the absolute minimum width platform that the tv can sit on.

I measured mine and they are 48 inches apart. I don't think they can be inverted though.
