Try turning off the speakers in the Audio menu and set the Digital Audio Out to “Auto” or “PCM”. If you still don’t get sound try “Dolby D” or “Bitstream” options.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I used the arc option for my receiver. HDMI 1. You'll have to activate it in the settings. For the sound issues in apps go to the audio settings and cycle between dolby, pcm, and auto to find the one that works.
