There is no sound null

Ours has sound. The volume control is on the side. Also, try looking under the settings to see if there is a mute option. As a last resort, try a factory reset. If you still have no volume, try to exchange the unit. My grandson loves ours!

Both of my girls have one. One doesn't have sound and the other does. I guess we got a faulty one.
