QuestionWhat square footage does the fireplace heat?Needing confirmation if the fireplace actually heats or is it for looks?
- Answer The electric fireplace is just for looks, its is not a functioning heater.
QuestionNothing like smelling smoke from an electric fireplace. The original insert didn't last a month into the cold season, which was after the warranty had ended. What is the size of the insert? Where can I purchase a new insert?

QuestionAm I able to change the fireplace display. For example, display wood splinter/sparks rather than flames.
- Answer Unfortunately, there isn't an option to change the fireplace display. The fireplace is easily controlled by two switches on the face of the unit. The settings are: heat with flame, flame only for ambiance or off. Hope this helps!
