A:AnswerFirst, unload the bottom rack first before you pull out the upper rack. This will keep any residual water off of your lower rack dishes.
I would recommend you experiment with how you load plastic storage containers and where you load them. All of my dishes and glasses come out dry, but plastic containers loaded on the bottom (facing completely down) appear to have the biggest issue. Sometimes it is because they have an area at the bottom that will retain a little bit of water. I have a few coffee mugs on the rack that also have a bottom that will retain a little bit of water. Anything that has that type of bottom that holds liquid I try to load on its side making sure the big open part of the container is a little downward facing.
The rinse aid will help as well. For me, I may have to wipe a little water off a few plastic items or coffee mugs, but the wash is fantastic. It is also VERY quiet!

A:AnswerI thought I had the same problem when I got it and I was opening it too early. The red light means it is still drying. Gotta wait for the bluish white light.
A:AnswerThe width is for the actual Dishwasher, cutout width is the space required for the unit. Hopefully this information is beneficial to you. Thank you for your inquiry regarding our Whirlpool appliances!
A:AnswerHello! You can raise or lower the top rack to fit tall items in either the top or bottom rack. Adjusters are located on each side of the top rack.
To raise the rack: Press both rack adjuster thumb levers and lift the rack until it is in the up position
and level.
To lower the rack: Press both rack adjuster thumb levers and slide the rack to its down position
and level.
NOTE: The top rack must be level.
A:AnswerI had this issue with the first one I received. It arrived wet inside even thought all the packaging and paperwork were inside and it seemed new/unused. I was told by a Best Buy customer service agent that it may have been one of the random units tested by Whirlpool before it was shipped out. I used that unit for about a week while I waited for the replacement because of a cracked instrument panel at the top and had the same issue with the unit not fully drying the dish ware. The second I received works much better in terms of the drying and I’ve had no issues.
A:AnswerHi Joe, unfortunately the information provided is inaccurate. This is not a panel-ready Dishwasher. Thank you for pointing this out. We have notified Best Buy regarding the problem.
A:AnswerMine does this too, my solution is try to open the door when the cycle is finished and leave it open with the racks pulled out for awhile usually the water left in side is still hot so it evaporates quickly. Of course if you wait to long after the cycle and the water cools, it takes longer but still works.
