• I guess Nintendo of America is trying to be a NIntendon't I really to hate when there is much content on pre-order game on the EU than NA.

• The EU version is a decent bit more expensive based on what I've seen. It is 90 pounds, or roughly $110, so they are paying $30 more. As for why that's not available, I'm not sure.
