Yes! All you have to do is take it in to best buy so they can do the exchange with your phone number, and they will replace it free of charge! They can't do it if you don't take in the broken screen protector though

Yes! You may not be able to in store, but if you go to the Zagg website, pay like 8 bucks for shipping, they overnight one right to your house
