No this keyboard does not swivel.

The case will hold the IPad at any angle within the folding range. I had the hinge on one case fail so that it would not hold the iPad at any angle (the iPad had to be held in position). As long as the hinge keeps working, it's great.

Not sure what your question means, but I think you're asking if the keyboard folds back so that you can read your iPad while it is in your hands. Nope, you can't do that. One of the problems with the Zagg is that it forces you to use it as a keyboard 100% of the time.

no not exactly. This product opens like a book but does hold the screen upright in several different positions. I LOVE it
