The mic inputs are XLR connectors, however, there is a USBC connector that could be used as an input so if your mic is USBC, you can connect it. As far as ChromeBook, you can connect the P4 to it via that same USBC port and then it will show up as a sound device. Else you create the recordings on the P4 and they will save to an SD card which you could then import to the Chromebook via a card reader. So, it really depends on what you're wanting to do.
