The addition of an exercise ball to a workout routine has been proven to intensify results, and instructor Keli Roberts can certainly testify. This video includes three 10-minute workouts, all of which can be done individually or in combination. The first workout focues on the lower body, the second tones the arms and back, and the third has been tailor made for improving the abdominal muscles. Though they are not required, weights are recommended for the second routine.
