I bought this laptop June 2019 after doing a great deal of research. I could not be happier! The quality of this machine is outstanding from the graphics to the sound to the cords! Not only is the machine top quality but also the customer service. You will be a very happy gamer with this laptop. Thank you RAZER!!!!

I have really been enjoying my Razer Blade. Nice & Quiet, 1920 X 1080 resolution and runs cool with it’s double fans. I thought it might be a little faster with the i7 ninth generation processor, but it’s still good. I like it more than my MacBook.

There are plenty of reviews about how good this is for gaming from both professional media sites and purchasers, so I won't duplicate them and just say it's great for that. My primary need was for laptop with great video/audio editing and this fills that need almost perfectly. This is replacing a 13-inch HP Spectre 2-in-1 Ultrabook that weighs about 3 pounds. Even though this is 50% heavier, at about 4.6 pounds, it still seems light and is comfortable when being used on my lap. With a very narrow bezel around the screen it is not that much bigger than the 13-inch HP even with a 15-inch screen that is 2.3 inches larger diagonally than the HP. It does not have a numeric keypad on the right, so that also saves space. Speakers are on top next to keyboard and provide good sound. The HP was not purchased for video/audio editing and was not purchased for that reason, so this is fulfilling new needs that the older HP could not fulfill. I also looked at HP but found the Razer 15 gave much more bang for the buck. Razer's pre-sales support via online chat was excellent, the best I've had in a long long time and definitely gave me the confidence to purchase this laptop. I found only three things that don't care for and cause me to drop this to a 4-star rating: 1) Great cooling with fans on the bottom, but the screens over them are thin and flexible. If you pick up the laptop while fans are running, and your fingers hit the cover screens, they will flex and you will hear them scraping on the fans. I don't like this but now that I know it I'm just pay more attention to how I pick it up when it is running. 2) As some others have stated it shows fingerprints so easily and distinctly. 3) My biggest gripe is about the labeling of the number keys and punctuation keys... they are labeled backwards. Most computer and typewriter keyboards for over 50 years will show punctuation marks over the numbers, like the @ symbol over the "2". This means you get the "2" when pressed alone and you get the "@" when you hold the shift key. But this keyboard is backwards showing you the @ symbol UNDER the "2". Not so bad there, but it can really mess with you on the keys with periods, commas, quotation marks, colons, and more. These are shown opposite from conventional keyboards. This, to me, is designing something different just to be different. It adds no value and actually detracts from the functionality as it might make you have to ask yourself "do I hold the shift key down or not to get the period character?" You don't, but the period is shown above the ">" key so you might think you should. None of this is enough for me give a bad rating. Still highly recommended and I would purchase it again. But I hope Razer will address these issues in upcoming models.
