Fantastic device. Buy it from here, not Razer.

Quality5 out of 5Value4 out of 5Ease of Use4 out of 5Getting any product, especially an expensive one, from Razer is generally a huge waste of time and ultimately you may not even get your device. Buy it straight from a place like Best Buy so you don’t have to deal with that. The device was given to me in perfect condition and I have had no problems since.

Love this laptop
|Posted .Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.Features
Quality5 out of 5Value4 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5I upgraded to this from an ASUS ROG G531GT with a gtx 1650. As you can see in the pictures, this laptop is thinner, significantly smaller in footprint (same screen size) , and has much better hardware and a better screen. The trackpad is the best I have ever used. It does get WARM when you are gaming, but otherwise I have no complaints.

Excellent Gaming Laptop BUT,,,,
|Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed.Features
Quality5 out of 5Value4 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5This laptop is amazing for gaming and just about everything else you can think of to do with it. My "BUT" in the title is referring to this laptop's RTX 2060. It's actually a RTX 2060 Max Q and it is nothing compared to the desktop version of this GPU. Thermals are good for this VERY THIN aluminium body laptop! I sit at about 70-80°c on my CPU and 50-60°c on my GPU. Not bad for a laptop as thin as a macbook pro with literally 20 times the power! Other than that, it can run the following: 1. Fortnite: Maxed - 90+ FPS, Medium = 144+ easy 2. CoD MW: Maxed - 60 FPS, Medium = 90 or so 3. RDR2: Maxed - 30 FPS, Recommend Medium 60-80 FPS 4. Just Cause 4: Maxed - 60 FPS, Recommend Medium ~90 FPS CONS: 1. No number pad. took some getting used to, 2. Laptop should be propped up during gaming to achieve better airflow otherwise overheating may be an issue for you. 3. The power supply also gets very hot during gaming so don't leave it on a carpet (try to stand it up on is side on a desk). 4. PRICE!! But as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for!!!

Good Laptop!
|Posted .Owned for 2 months when reviewed.Features
Quality4 out of 5Value4 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5I loved my laptop. It runs fast. I liked that it has the connection with my phone and the finger sensor, which is very convenient. The only thing is that the finger sensor stopped working or even disappeared in the setting (it stated, "This option is unavailable," I don't know why). Also, it suddenly turned off itself today when I just stepped out to take my food. Overall, it should be fine: fast, convenient, good for multi-tasks.

Think twice about choosing a laptop over PC
|Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed.Features
Quality5 out of 5Value2 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5Overall quality was amazing, I was amazed at just how great the video quality could get on a portable laptop. The size and weight are ideal for portability, only downside would be the battery, max i could get without gaming would be 3-5 hours, under light use. I later returned it for a gaming pc, mainly because there are no options later on to upgrade GPU or CPU, and if you're going to drop over $1500 on something it should ideally be the one that has more upgradability. It ran most games at max settings but was not able to run everything at max, a gaming pc for the same price could get you a 2070 super, and trust me, the difference is astronomical.

Q: QuestionCan anyone check the system info and tell if its rtx 2060 or 2060 max q
Asked by dante.
- A:Answer I'm not 100% sure how to verify, but I checked system info, dxdiag and HWInfo and none of the three specify Max-Q. I've attached a photo of the HWInfo details for it if that helps.

Q: QuestionSo how many people received the 2060 normal as advertised gpu and how many did y'all receive the max-q Because I don't want to get bamboozled when I purchase this And also this has to be the 2020 model because of the i7 10th gen for all of those people.
Asked by IAMCONFUSION.
- A:Answer I got a full on 2060, not a Max q. Also if you are going to game on it I would recommend a desk fan thing to help with thermals.

Q: QuestionIs it easy to expand this laptops internal memory or would I have to buy an external hard drive?
Asked by Anonymous123.
- A:Answer I expanded both the RAM and the hard drive. Easy to do. The RAM I had to order from New Egg but the Hard Drive Best Buy carries. If you get Geek Squad Tech Support, they will install it under that for no extra charge.
