bought this remote to re-activate a TIVO HD V3, works well for it. Remote is easy to program but has no special features or exciting features. Once batteries are empty - I had to re-program the remote with the code which is annoying. I wish there would be a backup of the code internally.

This remote was very easy to program. I only wish the light feature caused the buttons to illuminate brighter. But not a deal killer. For $20 bucks you can't go wrong. Works good for me couch lounging.

Several functions, does ALMOST everything I needed it to. Only complaint is that the "Go Back" button doesn't work (using with a 39" Vizio Smart TV), so I have to exit and start over if I select a title on Hulu or another app, then change my mind. Otherwise, it's a great universal and literally includes every other function I need it to do.
