I bought this phone to go in my home office and judging by the past review I thought I was making a fantastic purchase. Apparently, I was wrong. The LED screen is impossible to read, the backlight is a awful orange, it makes way too much noise even when sound is set to off. There’s no speaker and I’m sure when I was looking it’s fea it stated speaker phone. If I could throw out the window I would but that would leave me with no phone. Now, I’m obligated to purchase a whole new phone. DO NOT BUY. Matter of fact take it off the store shelves completely.

I chose this phone to save some money because the landline is a backup in this house and I thought it safe to save. Wrong. There is no speaker phone option which leaves you in hand-held limbo when you're waiting on a "next-caller" line. The volume is way too subtle even on their highest setting. Go the extra $10 or $15 and get a Panasonic.

has trouble hearing the people that called me after a few calls have to charge it up a lot runs out of power quickly
