The razor came on time, my partner said it wasn't charging I notice a contact point on the cradle was missing so it could not charge .I called the company, they sent out a new cradle with in a week .again it would not charge, so I called the company again, this time they told me that they were discontinued, and they would have to send me a different model. This was a gift, and left me a bit embarrassed .
