Customers value the Bluetooth Selfie Stick's ease of use, Bluetooth connectivity, and quality. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the battery life, the button functionality, and the grip.
It works pretty well and easy to set up the bluetooth so you can use the capture button on the handle. I use it for my Pixel 3a XL. The problem I had is that the rubber grips for holding the phone securely press on the volume button. My fix for that was to turn the phone when mounting it so the volume button is on top. However, that puts the selfie camera lens too close to the edge piece on the ReTrak camera mount. It doesn't block the lens but creates a "shadow". Still that was the best way to mount the phone. I took a file and removed some of the plastic edge of the mount to create a great deal of clearance around the lens. Took about 5 minutes. The pencil in the picture points to the filed out area. Now I feel that the ReTrak will work for a long time and do just what I wanted to use it for. Works great. Before you buy just be aware of how the ReTrak or in fact any selfie stick will affect the side buttons on your phone, whatever make it is.

Selfie stick is easy to turn on, get attached by blue tooth to camera to use switch on stick is also easy
