We had good in-floor cables that were inadvertently damaged, so I bought this as a solution. It is not functional. Rarely detected by our Samsung 9 Series or any of our laptops. We have taken it out of service. It's directional, which isn't optimal either.

Or the cable itself malfunctioned. Went through great lengths to snake this through my wall. For something this pricey it should not have failed. I would not buy.
