Just like most things Apple, perfect out of the box. Literally took only about 15 minutes to set up. Apple setup takes you through all the steps so even a beginner can get operating, quickly. The rich colors in the display are great. Ordered from Best Buy and had delivered right on time. I highly recommend Best Buy's Total Tech for all the multiple benefits a Best Buy tech purchase provides. I have used this feature, over and over.

It was very old. Got everything moved over with no problems. Took a few days to get set the way I wanted it. Still not bluetoothing to my iPhone.

Third one I have owned and have never had any issues besides the battery life eventually goes down after a couple years which is expected.
