    It was time to replace my 6th generation IPad. This new model has crisp color delineation. It will be my go to for watching TV and movies.

    Overall, I like the new iPad very much. However, I had to return to the store for their help in sending/receiving text messages from smart phones other than Apple. Even the clerk wasn't sure it could be done. Finally, she thought of looking at my iPhone. Lost in all the many things to assist was a place to check to permit the iPad to send/receive all texts, not just those from Apple devices.

    Bought this for our son, and it's been great so far. It's the first apple product we've bought, but seems to have certain kid things that a regular tablet does not. So far, so good.
