Haven't had any problems so far. Worth the money for a 10 yr old. Have bought two refurbished iPhones as well and no problems at all.

Bought 2 iPad mini 2's preowned. 1 of the 2 stopped charging just shortly over 30 days into having it. No option to return, exchange or get warranty replacement. Try Apple. Sorry, just out of your hard earned $$$. Truly, truly disappointed. These were sitting on my sleep number for use on the app. NEVER BUY PREOWNED!

My daughter enjoys everything about this IPad mini

Arrived at about 30% battery. Charged it to 100% immediately. Died as soon as cable was disconnected. Would fire up maybe once every 5 or 6 tries.

My product was used up item and if there is any help you can give me I will be happy

These refurb units are just as good as new ones. Other than missing the original packaging, I could not tell the difference.

The iPad does not work anymore. I only had it for a few months and the home button does not work.

I was sold a mini iPad a bundle with an apple pen and a screen protector that did not fit my daughters iPad nor was able to be used with the Apple pen whatsoever why would you sell a bundle if you cannot use the three things together

Received item late. Wasn’t able to give my son this gift for Christmas and I purchased weeks ahead of time. Was a very frustrating process

i had to return it i couldnt even get through the setting up of the ipad to get it to work. ended up buying a new one.

I owned the Mini 2 16 gb for three+ years. It served me well for some time but the 16 gb eventually was not enough storage. I traded it in through Best Buy for $85 and I also bought one of the Pro's with Best Buy price match program. You might look into the iPad 5 with 32 gb for only $329, for better performance and a bit more storage.

Considering the price of over $300, you figure it would be much faster. Unless you're an Apple junkie, you would probably be better off getting an Android device. You'd get better specs for less money.
