For me this headset was not at all comfortable to wear it was heavy on my head and it squeezed my ears into my glasses plus my ears got really really hot.

Whenver i power it on i get a constant ringing or buzzing sound. Ive called support and they just told me that shouldnt be happening and to return it and if id like to get a different one. I try to ignore the ringing because they do sound really good, but im always hearing it. Tried my pc, ps5, different ports, messed with all kinds of settings for couple hours, i just dont think it should be doing this. All 3 being the same problem is kinda wild too

So I’m super excited the price went down. I use them for work with my pc and voice clarity and noise cancellation is the best.

Looks nice but does not live up to the price

I am on my fourth week and it am taking it back tomorrow. It sounds great but it has a lot of other minor issues and for $300 shouldn’t be any. It is very uncomfortable since the plastic cushion on the top of the frame will not stay clipped in. I clips in place but as soon as I try to put it on my head it detaches. Out of the box, the headset requires a firmware update with only a windows 10 OS or Mac with out it my game chat would not work on PUBG. The instructions are on a paper that folds out to a poster size but the print is so tiny since they show four different languages. It also does a poor job of telling you how to configure the headset because the instructions are so outdated it doesn’t match the xbox selections. The ear cushions let in a lot of outside sound too. The headset rests on a charging platform. However it doesn’t sit squarely in the indentations. A few times I thought I had placed it on the charging pad but found it the next day dead. Sometimes the head set doesn’t connect to the xbox so I have to unplug it in the middle of a game.

Without that piece the headphones become almost unbearable to use. Great overall sound and performance but the lack of comfortability really brings down the rating.
